該系列包裝機(jī)能完成計(jì)量、充填等工作。由于獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)，以至更適用于包裝那些易流動(dòng)或者流動(dòng)性極差的粉粒狀物料，如白砂糖、棉白糖、味特粉狀化妝品、固體飲料、獸藥、葡萄糖、固體醫(yī)藥、粉狀添加劑、碳粉、爽身粉、農(nóng)藥、染料、香精香料等。

This type can do dosing and filling work. Due to the special professional design, so it is suitable to the fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like condiment, cosmetic,coffee powder,solid drink, veterinary drugs, dextrose, pharmaceuticals, powder additive, talcum powder, agriculture pesticide, dyestuf.

設(shè)備特征：

● 氣動(dòng)夾袋裝置和托架裝在重量傳感器上，根據(jù)預(yù)先設(shè)定的重量進(jìn)行快速和慢速充填，保證精度。

● 伺服馬達(dá)及伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)控制螺桿，穩(wěn)定，精度高；PLC控制、觸摸屏人機(jī)界面顯示，操作簡(jiǎn)便；

● 快速充填，同時(shí)容器下降——重量接近目標(biāo)值——慢速充填——重量達(dá)到目標(biāo)值——人工取出容器；

● 氣動(dòng)夾袋裝置和托罐裝置可供選擇，輕松滿足罐裝或袋裝；

● 兩種工作方式可切換，定量式或稱量式

● The Pneumatic clamping and lifting system are installed on the weiglning sensor, according to pre-set target weight so that it enables machine to do fast filling and slowly filling. And the high seensitive weighing system ensures high filling accuracy。

● With servo motor and servo drive controlledauger, rm it perfos stably and with high accuracy.PLC control, touch screen display, easy to operate.

● Process; put bag/can (container) on the machine→ container raise →fast filling, container declines-weight reaches the pre-set weight

→slow filling-weight reaches the target weight-etake the container away manually

● Note：the pneumatic bag-clamp equipment and can-hold set is optional，suitable for can or bag filling easily。

● Two working modes ：filling by volume （high speed）&filling by weighing（high accuracy）
