簡(jiǎn)介：樂(lè)林乳酸鈉以發(fā)酵法生產(chǎn)的L+乳酸為原料精致而成的乳酸鈉鹽 。是一種粘稠狀，水溶性液體。呈淡黃色或水白色 ，無(wú)氣味，具有柔和的口感。
樂(lè)林乳酸鈉作為食品添加劑 ，主要應(yīng)用于肉類(lèi)加工業(yè) 。 樂(lè)林乳酸鈉符合歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)E-325和美國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)FCC 。
Description :GREEN sodium lactate 60% is the sodium salt of L+lactic acid produced by bio-fermentation .
It is yellowish ,almost odourless ,syrupy and hydroscopic liquid with a mild taste .
Sodium lactate , as a food additive , is mainly used in meat processing industry .
GREEN sodium lactate complies with the specification of E-325 in Europe and FCC in USA .
